Stelda participated to different projects, result of the partnership between our team expertise and our clients availability in the new solutions development. Stelda, in this page, would like to thank its clients for the received and incoming trust.

Premec Sa - Cadempino - CH

2008 - Stelda participated to the study and later to the realization of the release crossing from 40.C version to EEC6 version.
2009 - Stelda cooperated for the implementation phase in the PP module for Malese Plant.
2011 - Stelda cooperated in the SAP system implementation for Premes Shangai, roll-out of the SAP model by Premec.
2012 - Stelda is working for a project implementation regarding the production area, the manufacturing of low cost pens at Swiss home and the manufacturing of Refil configurable at all the production workshops of the group.
2013 - Stelda is always present in IT projects of the group either in the area of production, and in the area of sales and sales support.

Lindt&Sprungli – Sede italiana di Induno Olona (VA)

2009 - Stelda partecipated to the SAP platform implementation with consultants in FI, CO, SD areas. We participated also in the applications creation using ALE/IDOC/EDI functionalities.
2011 - Stelda participated to the study and the following execution of the system rollout project of one Italian sister company on Lindt Italia system (2011-2012). In the project, Stelda followed also the Segregation of duty assestment part according to the Swiss rules.

Unilever S.p.A - Sedi italiane di Roma e Milano

Projects of Personal Division products
1989-1999 - Stelda collaborated with IT for the maintenance and implementation of the existing system, developed on IBM/Cobol CICS platform with VSAM e SQL data base.
1999-2002 - Stelda participated to the migration ESAP project to the single European informatics system (international project managed and sponsored by British main company) with function of strategic interest as responsible of the complete migration part of the master data).

Division food projects
2006 - Information system SAP fusion of the Food divisions, Foodsolution with the Ice Cream & Froozen foods divisions. The STELDA staff had the management accountabilities of the development and coordination development. STELDA team supplied also the business support in the preparation and management of the workshop and test phases.
2007-2009 - Stelda partecipated to the unification project of the Italian BU and to the moving of the Italian headquarter in Rome; jointly it participated to the Italian SAP rollout on the single European system.

The accountabilities of the Stelda team could be reassumed as follows:
• team master data with migration data management;
• support to the business for the cleansing, mapping, validation and test phases.

Safosa SpA – Gaggiano (MI)

2002–2012 - Stelda participated to the development of the following projects:

• WM moldule finished products warehouse implementation
• QM module implementation for the raw materials, packaging and finished productions
• Management and realization of many release SAP upgrade
• Personalized enhancement tax project for LIFO/FIFO warehouses
• Registers Alcool U.T.F. management procedure and relevant data electronic issue to customs agencies
• Materials master design with the creation of special client views
• Review and makeover of the Segregation of duty with organization chart review and makeover SAP role
• Interfaces EDI project with Idoc technology between clients and suppliers
• Development documents management (batch card production – packaging methods and specification – raw material specification – technical dossier – logistic tab)
• Quality documents approval system (Iso 9001 certification)
• Distributors send / receive data management.
• Personalized WM inventory procedure
• CONAI development and packaging management

Demiclen a.s. – Levice (SK)

2007–2012 - Stelda participated to the development of the following projects:

• Participation to the project team with the responsibility of developing the custom objects during the SAP roll out project
• Participation to the blueprint drafting during the rollout SAP
• Interface project between field factory systems (MES Siemens Simatic IT) and SAP
• Design, creation and assistance for data interchange procedures using ALE / idoc / EDI technology and electronic invoicing system with many international partners
including OB10
• Review and makeover of the segregation of duty with organization chart review and SAP roles makeover
• BCR readers management with physical warehouse
• Personalized WM inventory procedure

2013 - Stelda participates as exclusive partner in the rollout of a new SAP instance, from the design phase of the new environment, to the implementation with selective migration of data and customizing. Organize and supervise the Integration test phases; provides the post go-live support.

Ecolab s.r.l – Italian headquarter in Agrate (MB)

1999 - Stelda participated to the project preparation and execution for the system AS400 migration with Mapics & ACG to SAP 3.1 system (FI,CO,MM,SD,PP)
2002 - Stelda cooperates with its development team, integration phase of the branch in Rome in the Ecolab SAP
2006 - Stelda partecipates to the LIFO/FIFO procedure realization and development of the connection module in the logistic area through EDI/DOC
2009 - Stelda partecipates with function Consultants to the European SAP project definition for the Italian part
2010 - Stelda is an active part in the European SAP project execution with a development team. Stelda had to coordinate all the activities connected to the data migration phase and also drive the business in the test management.
2012 - Ecolab decided to integrate the Rovigo branch in the European SAP system. Stelda is participating in the project preparation as Team Leader. The go Live is forecast for next October 2014.

Kraft Foods – Italian headquarter in Milano

1999 - Stelda works supporting the local team for the realization of the migration to SAP (PLI Project)
2000 – 2003 - Stelda guarantees the maintenance of the SAP modules and the customizer activities necessary for the development in the PLI aerea.
2003 - Stelda participates to the study and realization of the European SAP (Star Project)
2004 - 2009 - Stelda integrates its resources with the local Team creating a Central Team with development activities for Italy and Belgium.
2009 - Stelda participate to Project One Europe – centralization and normalization of the processes in the European area.
2010- 2011 - Stelda is involved in the coordination of the Italian Business Central team and participates to the realization of the Project One Europe biscuits integration to Saiwa in P1E area

VALCAMBI sa – Balerna (CH)

2010 - Stelda partecipates with a development team to the release change project of SAP in version ECC6. During this project, Stelda takes the responsibility in managing the data migration phase including all the personal data (suppliers, clients, material, basic data).

AB INBEV – Sede italiana di Gallarate (VA)

2011-2012 - Roll-out project on SAP Italia system on European system. Stelda participated with a development team and offered also a consultancy to the business for the cleansing, mapping, validation and test phases during the migration data.
